°500g large raw prawns
°600 g potatoes
°1 bunch of cilantro
°4 garlic cloves
°2 tbsp. oil soup
Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grill (like carrots). Shell the prawns. Wash and dry the cilantro, peel and chop it. Peel and press the garlic cloves.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat with the oil, then sear the grated potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and brown over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the potatoes begin to brown and stick in the pan, add the garlic and peeled shrimp and brown over high heat, stirring often, for another 10 minutes.
Divide the hot and crispy pan-fried on plates, sprinkle with coriander
