°1 tablespoon olive oil
°three tablespoons butter, divided
°five garlic cloves, minced
°1 teaspoon minced thyme
°1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
°1 teaspoon minced thyme
°Salt and clean cracked pepper
°Crushed pepper flakes (optional)
°salty water:
°1/three cup soy sauce (or Coconut Amino for paleo and gluten-free)
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 tablespoon warm sauce (we used Sriracha)
°clean bell pepper
