Blueberry Buttermilk Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

°1⁄2 glass unsalted butter, room temperature

°2 teaspoons. Lemon peel or more – peel from 1 large lemon

°Cup 7⁄8 * + 1 tbsp sugar for spraying

°1 egg, room temperature

°1 teaspoon. Vanilla

°2 cups flour (set aside 1⁄4 cup of this to throw with blueberries)

°2 teaspoons. Baking Powder

°1 teaspoon. Kosher Salt

°2 cups fresh raspberries

°1⁄2 Cup Butter Milk * *

° 7⁄8 cup = 3⁄4 cup + 2 tbsp
