Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce


Heat the roast on a high temperature.

Place the crab slices on a large baking tray. Drizzle in 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Mix to distribute the butter and spices evenly on the paws.

In the bowl of a food processor or blender, place the garlic pieces, parsley, and remaining butter. Grind until mixture becomes homogeneous. Pour into a small serving bowl.

Grill the crab fillets on the grill for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve the crab with the sauce and lemon wedges. If desired, garnish with garlic garnish.
